Yes, a $50 deposit is required for all appointments, which will go towards the total cost of your treatment.

Please arrive 5 minutes early to your appointment. You will receive forms via a text message link the day prior to your appointment, these should be completed prior to arrival if possible.
  • The clinic reserves the right to refuse service to any patient.
  • Patients must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
  • Patients must not be abusive to staff or other patients/people in the clinic. You will be asked to leave the premises immediately if you bully, harass, abuse or assault any person whilst on the premises.
  • Treatment results cannot be guaranteed.
  • No refunds will be given once the treatment has been administered.
  • Patients may require more than one treatment to obtain and/or maintain desired results.

You can cancel your appointment by calling the clinic on 07 5571 0791. We require 24 hours’ notice for any changes to your appointment including changes to the date and time.

If you reschedule or cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, or fail to attend a scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to retain any deposits paid.

We are located at Shop 7, 175 Ferry Road in Southport Park Village in Southport on the Gold Coast, Queensland.

There is free parking on site, with the ability to park right in front of the clinic.

Charlotte

Charlotte brings to the Face Fit team nearly 20 years of experience in the beauty/ aesthetic industry, completing her initial education and starting her career in the UK, where she was born, before moving to Australia in 2008.

After years of working in high end spas and skin clinics, Charlotte bought her first spa located on the Gold Coast in 2013, before pursuing her true love with Face Fit specialising in advanced skin.

Working across the industry for so many years has allowed Charlotte to develop a thorough understanding of all things skin and she prides herself on the whole body approach she takes to treating skin conditions. You won’t meet a person more passionate about education and research than Charlotte, and this is a value she instills heavily in the Face Fit team.

Hannah

Hannah joined the Face Fit team in 2020 bringing with her over 10 years of experience in the beauty/ aesthetic industry. What started as a love of skincare and doing at home treatments on herself in her early teens, grew into passion and desire to learn more about all things beauty.

After completing her Diploma of Beauty Therapy Hannah continued to grow her knowledge working across spas, beauty salons and advanced skin clinics before really finding her love for skin.

Hannah has a soft approach with her patients and her treatments will leave you floating on cloud nine! She is passionate about combining an evidence based and spiritual approach to treating her patients as a whole.

Signature Facial – ‘ I love to take a holistic approach to my treatments, and with this facial it incorporates some massage which I find to be so beneficial for clients to help them destress and relax. I believe in the power of touch and the healing energy it brings.’

Ashleigh

Ashleigh, our clinic manager joined the Face Fit team in 2020, coming from an extensive background in dental/ managing dental practices. Ashleigh is our power house, she is there coordinating: staff, education, business development, and if there is an excel spreadsheet to be created Ashleigh is our girl.

As well as being Clinic Manager, Ashleigh also has an Associate Degree in Dermal Therapy.

Ashleigh was drawn to the dermal/ aesthetics industry after suffering for years from problem skin and not knowing the right thing to do, she made it her goal to help educate people to make better decisions for themselves and their children when it comes to the right treatment.

Other Interests

When Ashleigh is not at working with skin cells or excels she is home with her furbaby Ollie, making delicious baked treats. She is also currently studying a Diploma of Clinical Nutrition to help integrate her passion for the effects of internal health on the skin.
