Our Story

Face Fit was first thought up between Brooke and Charlotte at an Easter BBQ sitting at Brooke’s kitchen table in 2017. As long time friends, Brooke working as a nurse, pursuing injectables; and Charlotte working as a Dermal Therapist in the day spa she owned in Surfers Paradise; realised there was a gap in family owned multi-treatment clinics on the Gold Coast.

They envisioned opening a clinic that everyday clients would feel comfortable coming into, with a focus on quality, safety, and building trust with patients. Understanding the synergy between injectable treatments and advanced skin treatments in achieving patient goals was a driving force in the planning of the clinic.

After finding the perfect location for the clinic and 4 months of hard work setting it up, Face Fit was opened on the 4th of September 2017 as a small 2 room clinic and a team of 4. Since then the team has grown and the clinic has been fully renovated and expanded to include 4 treatment rooms and a beautiful waiting room.

We are constantly educating our team in the latest research, technologies and industry advancements to ensure we are delivering the highest standard of treatments to our patients.

Charlotte

Charlotte co-founded Face Fit in 2017, bringing with her nearly 20 years of experience in the beauty industry. Beginning her career in the UK before moving to Australia in 2008, she worked extensively across high-end spas and clinics before establishing herself as a skilled Dermal Therapist.

With her depth of experience and holistic approach to skin health, Charlotte played an instrumental role in shaping the foundations of Face Fit, creating a clinic built on education, professionalism, and genuine care. Her vision and values continue to be deeply woven into the culture of the team today.

Though Charlotte has now stepped back from clinic life to focus on raising her beautiful family, she remains an important part of Face Fit’s story, with her legacy continuing to inspire the work we do every day.

Brooke

Brooke co-founded Face Fit in 2017 with a vision to create a clinic that felt approachable, supportive, and centred around genuine care. Since then, she’s been loved by patients and the team alike – known for her kind, thoughtful nature and the time she takes to really understand each person and their concerns.

A Registered Nurse since 2006, Brooke began working in cosmetic nursing in 2017 and has been dedicated to helping patients feel comfortable and cared for ever since. She is known for her gentle, reassuring approach and the trust she builds with everyone who sits in her chair. Brooke especially enjoys treatments that focus on skin health and rejuvenation, with a particular love for collagen-stimulating treatments that support long-term, natural results.

Today, Brooke balances her time between treating patients in clinic, enjoying family life, and living part of the year overseas with her husband and children. With family at the heart of everything she does, Brooke brings the same warmth and care to her patients as she does to those closest to her.

Simone

Simone joined the Face Fit team in 2018, not long after the clinic first opened its doors, and has been one of our longest-standing team members. With over 30 years of experience in the cosmetic and beauty industry, she has developed something of a cult following on the Gold Coast. Simone began her career in beauty as a teenager and spent six years in the UK working as an injector before returning home in 2006 and enrolling into her Nursing so she could continue her passion in Australia.

Known for her precision and eye for detail, Simone has a special interest in treatments that refine and enhance facial structure. She’s passionate about helping patients feel their most confident by creating balanced, harmonious results. Her patients value her upfront, honest approach, she always provides realistic expectations and isn’t afraid to say no if she knows a desired outcome isn’t achievable, an honesty that has earned her lasting trust and loyalty.

These days, Simone splits her time between the Gold Coast and Armstrong Beach up north (because we couldn’t let her leave us just yet!). When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll usually find her out on the water fishing, boating, jet skiing and spending time with her family. True to form, she somehow manages to keep smiling even when dealing with one of her infamous allergic reactions (poor Simone!).

Sophie

Sophie joined the Face Fit family in 2022 and quickly became a much-loved part of the team. Beginning her nursing career in 2019, she continues to balance her role as a Paediatric Nurse alongside her work in cosmetic nursing. Having stepped into cosmetic injecting before joining Face Fit, Sophie brings both clinical expertise and a natural artistic ability to all of her treatments.

 

Known for her approachable, down-to-earth nature, Sophie helps patients feel at ease while combining her skill, precision, and eye for detail to achieve results that enhance natural beauty. She loves creating a positive experience for her patients and finds the greatest reward in helping to build their confidence, knowing they leave looking and feeling their very best.

Outside of clinic life, Sophie enjoys travelling, spending time in the sun, and making memories with family and friends. Always effortlessly put together (the team is obsessed with her wardrobe), she brings the same warmth and positivity to her life outside of work as she does to her patients at Face Fit.

Charmaine

Charmaine joined the Face Fit team in early 2024, a natural addition after being a loyal patient for more than four years. With her warm, approachable nature and genuine passion for helping others feel good in their own skin, she loves creating treatment journeys that leave patients feeling fresh, confident, and glowing.

She’s especially passionate about treatments that bring out your natural balance and support healthy, radiant skin for the long term. Charmaine takes the time to really understand each patient’s goals, tailoring every plan so it feels realistic, achievable, and true to them. Outside of Face Fit, she also works as a nurse on the Renal ward at GCUH, a role that reflects her deeply caring and patient-focused approach in all that she does.

Born and raised on the Gold Coast, Charmaine makes the most of coast life! Whether it’s walking by the beach with her fur baby, Whiskey; or catching up with family and friends over great food. She loves to binge a true crime series, shop the sales and is always planning her next overseas adventure. 

Renée

Renée joined the Face Fit family in 2025 and instantly felt like our missing piece; bringing her warm, easy-going nature and genuine care that makes both patients and the team feel at ease. With more than 10 years of nursing experience, she stepped into the world of cosmetic injecting in 2022, blending her clinical expertise with a true passion for helping patients feel confident in their own skin. Renée is known for creating a supportive environment where patients feel both comfortable and understood.

At Face Fit, Renée especially enjoys treatments that focus on skin quality and rejuvenation, with a particular love for collagen-stimulating treatments and skin needling to help patients achieve a healthy glow. Alongside her role here, she also works on the Medical Ward at John Flynn Private Hospital, bringing the same compassion and patient-focused approach to every shift.

Originally from a farm in southwest NSW, Renée now calls the Gold Coast home after spending some time in Brisbane, though she still loves escaping to the country to visit her family. Outside of work, she fills her life with hobbies, from pottery to tennis and is even studying for her pilot’s licence! At home, she shares her space with Koda, her fluffy Samoyed puppy, who doubles as her best friend (and the reason she vacuums daily)

Ashleigh

Ashleigh has been at the heart of Face Fit since 2020, bringing her mix of organisation, expertise, and genuine care to every part of the clinic. With over a decade of experience in clinic-based environments, she combines business insight with a passion for skin health, ensuring patients and clinicians alike feel supported and understood. Known as the strategic mind (and Excel wizard) behind the scenes, she keeps every detail running smoothly – from treatment plans to education, operations, and team development.

Holding both a Bachelor of Business Management and an Associate Degree in Dermal Therapy, Ashleigh balances her leadership role with time spent treating patients, which keeps her connected to the heart of what Face Fit does best. She’s especially passionate about supporting her team to grow in confidence and skill, knowing this creates lasting results not just for them, but for every patient who walks through our door.

Caring, capable, and never taking herself too seriously; Ashleigh is known for her high standards, attention to detail, and her ability to make even the busiest day feel a little lighter. When she’s not immersed in skin science or spreadsheets, she makes the most of the Gold Coast lifestyle, running by the beach, spending time with her furbaby Ollie, or baking something sweet to share with family and friends. She’s also known to be a bit handy, often tackling home projects with the same determination she brings to the clinic.

Sophie

Sophie joined the Face Fit team in 2025 and brings with her over 7 years of experience as a beauty and skin therapist. Originally from Victoria, Sophie relocated to the Gold Coast with her partner and 2 dogs to escape the Melbourne blues and experience all the GC has to offer.

Known for her calming presence and results-driven mindset, Sophie is passionate about helping patients feel confident in their skin, especially when it comes to one of her favourite treatments, skin needling. Her current product obsession? Multi B, a firm staple in her routine for that glow-from-within finish.

When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find her spending time with her partner, squeezing in Pilates, or scouting the best new foodie spots (Italian is always a win). At home, she’s a proud dog mum to two high-maintenance rotties, Sarge and Sapph, and she wouldn’t have it any other way!

Brittany

Brittany joined the Face Fit family in 2025 and is the warm, friendly face that greets you when you arrive. She brings an easy-going, approachable energy to the clinic, making every patient feel instantly at ease. Her genuine warmth and sense of humour make her a favourite with both our patients and the team.

Alongside her reception role, Brittany is our in-house brow specialist, helping patients enhance their features with expertly sculpted brows. Coming from a background in makeup artistry, specialising in bridal and event looks, she brings an exceptional eye for detail and precision to her work.

Her skincare essentials are Multi B Plus and Gentle Clean and her fave treatment is a Brow Lamination.

Outside the clinic, Brittany leads an active and adventurous lifestyle. Whether she’s running, playing tennis, at Pilates, or relaxing at the beach, she’s always on the move. She’s also an avid traveller and foodie, with a passion for exploring new dining spots, scuba diving, hiking, snowboarding, and discovering new destinations.

Dr Ash Sankarayya

Have you met our amazing consulting Doctor, Dr Ash? If you are an injectable patient of Face Fit, you will recognise him from your annual FaceTime consultation.

We have been lucky to have Dr Ash as part of the extended Face Fit team since opening in 2017.

He has been a Cosmetic Physician for almost 30 years and has a wealth of experience to back up his advice.

When he isn’t consulting our patients he is busy working in his own Cosmetic clinics and also as a practising GP in Brisbane with special interests in Skin Cancer and Acne.
