How It Works
For every $100 spent in-clinic or online you receive 3-10 Face Fit Dollars.
For every person you refer to Face Fit you get 25 Face Fit Dollars credited to your account.
Once you accrue 100 loyalty points you can redeem them for a $100 off Treatments, Services or Products!
No sign-up needed, all patients automatically receive Face Fit Dollars for every transaction.

Already Logged In
If you are already logged in on your device, your Loyalty Point Balance is displayed in a green box right under our address! You can redeem your Face Fit Dollars for $100 off treatment, services or products every time your balance reaches $100.
Not Yet Logged In
- If you are not yet logged in, click the Login button in the top right corner.
- If you haven’t set up an account, or you’re not sure if you have an account; click on ‘forgot password’ and enter the email address you usually make online bookings with OR the email address you entered in your client information (if you have never booked online). If you’re not sure what email address you have on your patient file, feel free to get in contact with us.
- It’s very important that you only use one email address for Online Bookings and In-Clinic so that your appointments and balance all link to one client account.
- Once you enter your email address you should receive a password reset email. Simply choose a password and you are now ready to log-in to your client account!
- Other information you can find on your client account:
- Upcoming and Past Appointments
- Concessions (if you have purchased multi treatment packs, you will be able to see how many treatments you have remaining here).
- Vouchers (note: this may include vouchers you have purchased for people if they have been put under your account)
Our Loyalty programme began in November 2022, so for any visit or transaction after that time, you have been earning Face Fit Dollars!
Your loyalty points expire after 18 months, so don’t forget to use them so you don’t lose them!
No, points can not be redeemed for cash, or transferred to another patient.
No, appointments can not be secured with loyalty points.
Our friendly reception team will let you know how many points you have accrued for your visit at the end of each appointment or purchase, though if you are wanting a specific breakdown, refer to the below table.
- Face Fit Dollars can not be redeemed for cash or transferred to another patient.
- Face Fit Dollars will expire, if not redeemed, after 18 months.
- Patients who both attend the clinic and shop in our online shop will be able to redeem their Face Fit Dollars in Clinic.
- Clients who exclusively shop online and do not attend the clinic will receive a $100 Voucher code to spend in our online Shop once they accrue $100 Face Fit Dollars.
- Referrals received 20 Face Fit Dollars from November 2022 to June 2023.
- A referral is only valid if the patient you have referred has entered your full name on their patient intake form. Due to patient confidentiality, we are unable to provide the specific details of who has noted you as their referrer.
