It’s our birthday but you’re in charge of the gift.
Nominate a friend, family member, or someone in your community who you think is deserving of an ultimate makeover valued at $5,000.
It could be someone that’s always giving to others that deserves a treat themselves. Maybe it’s someone you know who is struggling with self-confidence. It’s your mum who deserves a freshen up before a big birthday, your best friend who has 3 kids under 5, your sister who is getting married, or your friend that is recently separated and is re-entering the dating world.
Really, it’s about you nominating someone who you feel deep down really deserves to be looked by our wonderful team. We can’t wait to read all of your lovely nominations.

Entry Terms and Conditions:
Only nominations sent through this website link will be accepted.
Applicants nominating someone without their permission, will not be considered.
The competition will be covered and shared across our social media platforms, including announcement of the winner.
Nominee must be over 18 years of age.
A maximum of 1 person can be nominated per nomination form (feel free to nominate multiple people, we just need a different form for each!)
Prize Terms and Conditions $5000 Package:
Photo ID will be required from the winner.
Can not be exchanged for cash or a Gift Voucher.
Prize can not be transferred to another person.
Prize is valid for 12months from the date the winner is announced.
Treatment inclusions of the makeover will be determined by Face Fit staff after a consultation with the winner (meaning the winner is unable to choose a treatment that is not deemed suitable by our staff).
A specific staff member can not be requested by the winner for their appointments.
A naturopath consultation will be included, but the external cost of pathology and testing will be at the winners cost (as this service is not provided by Face Fit).
Failure to attend scheduled appointments or cancellations with less than 24hours notice may incur a cancellation fee which will be deducted from the total prize.

How To Enter
Fill out the nomination form and tell us in 200 words why your friend deserves to win our ultimate makeover, valued at $5,000. If your friend wins, you will also receive a $250 Face Fit voucher.
