In the instance you believe you have had an allergic reaction to a product, please take a photo of the reaction and discontinue use of the product immediately. Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back with us. Face Fit will cover the shipping costs. Please send your photo and a detailed explanation of the reaction you have experienced to [email protected], or call the clinic immediately.
If you have received a product that has arrived damaged, or faulty, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. The damaged product must be received back by Face Fit before we can replace it or offer a refund.
If you have received an incorrect product, you can return your item free of charge and Face Fit will cover any shipping costs.
