Patient Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions are in place to ensure a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all patients and staff, and to protect the integrity of our appointment availability. By booking an appointment with Face Fit, you agree to the following:

Appointments & Booking

Appointments may be booked online, via our app or via the clinic.
New patients are required to pay a $50 deposit to secure their first appointment.
Existing patients may book without a deposit unless otherwise advised.
Booking an appointment reserves time exclusively for you.

Cancellations, Late Cancellations & No-Shows

New Patients

A $50 deposit is required to secure your first appointment.
Cancellations or failure to attend within 24 hours of your appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Existing Patients

Cancellations or failure to attend within 24 hours of your appointment will result in 50 rewards points being deducted from your account. (See section below on Rewards Points).
If insufficient loyalty points are available, a deposit will be required to secure your next appointment.

Repeat Cancellations

Two consecutive late cancellations or no-shows will result in future appointments requiring a deposit.
Patients who miss or late-cancel three online-booked appointments may have online booking access removed and will need to book directly with the clinic.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you arrive late, we reserve the right to shorten or cancel your appointment.
Full treatment fees may still apply.

Loyalty Program

Rewards points are earned on eligible treatments and product purchases.
Rewards points can be redeemed towards any treatment or product when your balance reaches a value of $100.
Rewards points are not redeemable for cash and not transferrable.
Rewards points may be deducted in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Rewards points may be applied to outstanding balances where applicable.

Treatment Information & Consent

Treatment results cannot be guaranteed.
Multiple treatments may be required to achieve and/or maintain results.
No refunds are provided once a treatment has been administered.

Pricing

Treatment prices are subject to change without notice.

Patient Conduct & Safety

Patients must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour toward staff or patients will not be tolerated.
Any patient who bullies, harasses, abuses, or assaults any person on the premises will be asked to leave immediately.
The clinic reserves the right to refuse service.
Face Fit reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment where it is not clinically appropriate or where these Terms & Conditions are breached.

Acceptance of Terms

By booking an appointment with Face Fit, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions. Face Fit reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

General Terms & Conditions

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Face Fit.

Face Fit has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Face Fit shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
