Shipping

• Delivery Areas – We only ship within Australia..
• Orders under $80 – Express Postage flat rate $12
• Orders over $80 – FREE Express Postage
• Processing Time – Up to 48 hours
• Metro Delivery – Estimated delivery to metro areas are:
  • Brisbane or Syd: 3-5 business days
  • ACT or Melbourne: 4-6 business days
  • Adelaide: 5-7 business days
  • Hobart: 8-10 business days
  • Alice Springs, Darwin or Perth: 9-12 business days
• Rural Delivery – Estimated delivery to rural areas are:
  • Qld or NSW: 5-8 business days
  • ACT or Victoria: 6-10 business days
  • South Australia: 8-14 business days
  • NT, Tasmania or WA:12 -18 business days

 

Refunds and Returns

• Refunds and returns are at the cost of the customer.
• Items purchased on sale or with a discount code will be refunded at the price after the discount.

 

Change of Mind

• Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, however, you may request an exchange if your product is returned within 28 days and is unopened, undamaged and in original condition. All shipping costs relating to the exchange will be at your own cost.

 

Allergy and Reactions

In the instance you believe you have had an allergic reaction to a product, please take a photo of the reaction and discontinue use of the product immediately. Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back with us.  Face Fit will cover the shipping costs. Please send your photo and a detailed explanation of the reaction you have experienced to [email protected], or call the clinic immediately.

 

Damaged in transit/ Faulty

If you have received a product that has arrived damaged, or faulty, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. The damaged product must be received back by Face Fit before we can replace it or offer a refund.

 

Incorrect Item Received

If you have received an incorrect product, you can return your item free of charge and Face Fit will cover any shipping costs.

 

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us and is always protected at FaceFit.com.au, none of your personal information will be passed onto any third parties. FaceFit.com.au needs to collect personal information from you such as your name, delivery address, contact phone numbers, email address and credit card details to process your order.

The information collected may also be used to inform you of additional products, services and specials. All marketing material sent to you will include an ‘opt out’ function whereby you can remove yourself from receiving any future marketing material.

We may also collect personal information from third parties, such as Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel. These third parties may use cookies, web beacons and similar technology to collect or receive information about you from our website and elsewhere on the internet.

Security and protection of sensitive information is paramount at FaceFit. FaceFit is a secure site using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to guarantee security and uses an encrypted and secure system to process credit cards via the EFTPOS network.
