Naturopath Evie’s Healthy Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:
- 1 tsp of organic raw cacao powder
- 1 tsp of manuka honey
- 1 tsp of coconut oil
- Organic coconut, soy milk or if preferred organic full cream milk
Method:
- Mix cacao powder with manuka honey together to form a paste.
- Add hot milk and stir to combine.
- You can then add coconut oil for some extra creaminess if you wish!
- Optional: You can add in additional superfoods to this as well, such as: maca root powder, superfeast medicinal mushroom powders or PHGG (dietary fibre).
