Naturopath Evie’s Healthy Hot Chocolate

Cup of Healthy Hot Chocolate from Naturopath Evie's recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp of organic raw cacao powder
  • 1 tsp of manuka honey
  • 1 tsp of coconut oil
  • Organic coconut, soy milk or if preferred organic full cream milk

 

Method:

  1. Mix cacao powder with manuka honey together to form a paste.
  2.  Add hot milk and stir to combine.
  3. You can then add coconut oil for some extra creaminess if you wish!
  4. Optional: You can add in additional superfoods to this as well, such as: maca root powder, superfeast medicinal mushroom powders or PHGG (dietary fibre).
