The probiotic coconut yoghurt has beneficial strains of bacteria such as Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus species which have been shown to help maintain a healthy gut microbiome and gut function.

Fruits are high in fibre which are ‘prebiotic’ which means they ‘feed’ our good bacteria to keep them happy and help them grow. Berries contain polyphenols which are antioxidants that help reduce oxidative stress/inflammation in the body and are high in vitamin C which assists the body’s own collagen production for healthy/glowing skin.

Almond butter is high in protein, fat and minerals such as zinc which are essential for blood sugar regulation and hormone balance.

Partially hydrolysed guar gum or ‘PHGG’ is a prebiotic fibre that has been shown to increase Lactobacillus species and fibre helps with gentle detoxification and regular bowel motions.
