Nourishing Cauliflower Soup Recipe

Cauliflower Soup

A single bowl of nourishing warm cauliflower soup



  • 1 whole cauliflower
  • 1 onion
  • 3-4 cloves garlic
  • ½ tsp of cumin
  • 1 can of cannellini beans
  • 1-3 organic stock cubes or Nutra Organics stock.



  1. Dice vegetables, then fry off onion and garlic in extra virgin olive oil in a soup pot to brown.
  2. Add in diced cauliflower and fry off.
  3. Cover with water, add in stock, and cook until vegetables are soft.
  4. Take off the heat and blend with a stick blender or cool then blend in a blender.
  5. Serve with some parmesan on top and freeze for meal prep.


Note: If you don’t have a slow cooker, that is fine; you can make the soup in a large soup pot.
